We know care visits take time
Time is the most valuable resource. The time to build a meaningful relationship with our clients, time for our staff and clients to enjoy together, and time to provide excellent and individualised care.
That’s why all of our personal care visits are a minimum of one hour. This means our staff and clients have the time to get to know one another and our staff have the time they need to provide excellent care for our clients.
We understand that quality care needs to be flexible and can’t be rushed, so we factor in time for extra things which make our care personal.

Hamill Homecare is different. Because we tailor the care we give to our clients specific needs. No two days are the same. Whether it’s a helping hand with practical tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation or assisting a client with complex care needs, there’s no job too big or small for a Hamill Homecarer.
We’re looking for home carers with a positive attitude and a passion for the job. From helping clients to their appointments, or even a trip to Murrayfield to watch the rugby, our carers help our clients to live fulfilling and independent lives. This is something we’re immensely proud of.

Relevant care experience
We value your knowledge. That’s why we’re looking for skilled carers with relevant and recent experience of care work to join the Hamill Homecare team.
Our home carers manage our clients’ complex needs in their homes. It’s all part of our mission to keep people at home and out of hospital for as long as possible.
We provide all of our staff with mentorship when they first join us, making sure they’re a part of our wonderful team. As a Hamill Homecarerer, we’ll provide you with ongoing training so you can continue to expand your knowledge and skill set.
As many of our clients live in rural areas around Stirlingshire, being a car driver and having your own car is a requirement of the role with experience driving mobility vehicles preferable.
