We have experience with multiple complex conditions such as MND, MS and DMD – and we facilitate care at home, keeping people out of hospital where possible.
Our small team of experienced carers are matched with each client, not only to ensure continuity of care, but to build and maintain great relationships.
We know that quality care can’t be rushed, that’s why our carers work in blocks of an hour or more. This ensures that quality relationships are built up over time. And for when time is of the essence, we can create and implement palliative care plans with short notice to ensure dignified end of life care for each client.
Our services offer a personalised alternative to residential care. Allowing our clients to enjoy the company of their family and friends whilst maintaining their independence. This is something we are immensely proud of.
