at home
Complex care is a type of healthcare and support given to people who have chronic or long-term health conditions who need extra help to manage their symptoms and daily tasks. Examples of such conditions include neurological disorders, disabilities, injuries.
Our specialist care services are designed to support you or a loved one living with complex healthcare conditions. Our service is led by our complex care nurse, Josie McCallum and the service provided by our team of specialist nurses and carers, who are dedicated to providing the highest levels of care. This type of care at home is designed to help manage conditions that may be difficult to cope with alone, allowing individuals to live full, active lives and retain their independence.
